Breaking Free Class: Loving Others without Losing Yourself
8 Weeks – 8 People – Life Change!
Would you like to understand how your past has impacted your present life and learn how to move forward and thrive?
Do you want to break free from negative coping patterns that have been creating problems in your daily life?
How about improving understanding of yourself, others in the dynamics that occur in relationships?
If you said “yes” to any of these questions, then this group is for you!
In this group you’ll learn that codependency is a disease of immaturity, rendering a person unable to experience appropriate levels of self-esteem, unable to set boundaries with other people, unable to own their own reality, unable to take care of their own needs and wants appropriately, and unable to express their own reality moderately and it be appropriate age levels.
The quality of your recovery is proportional to the quality of your surrender.
