A different topic each month, free and open to the public. Space is limited to first 75 in attendance.

Each workshop is from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m on the 4th Monday of the month – January – May and August – October. Childcare is not provided.

About Dr. Mo

Dr. Morris Pickens or “Dr. Mo” as his clients affectionately call him, is a Sports Psychologist specializing in competitive performance enhancement. He coaches athletes and business professionals to learn how to Choose Success and reach their highest potential. His clients have a combined twenty-five PGA Tour victories including three majors, over 200 amateur wins and one NCAA Championship.

Dr. Pickens received his Ph.D. in sport psychology from the University of Virginia in 1995. During this time, he focused his research and consulting interests in the area of golf psychology, specifically the acquisition of putting confidence. He and his wife Suzanne, have four children.

Currently Dr. Mo works with PGA Tour professionals Zach Johnson, Stewart Cink, Lucas Glover, Jonathan Byrd, John Rollins and Nick Watney who have a combined 25 PGA Tour victories while working with Dr. Mo. In addition to working with professional golfers, Dr. Pickens also provides consulting to NFL players, collegiate teams, as well as various corporate sales and service organizations.

Dr. Mo helps athletes and leaders:
-Think more effectively regarding the challenges they face
-Practice more productively based on their strengths and weaknesses
-Design a comprehensive performance plan to improve and ultimately succeed.

Grief Support 

First Tuesday of each month

Pat Taff is no stranger to deep grief. As a mother of two, she experienced the indescribable grief of losing her young adult son, Brian, to suicide. She leads this group with grace, compassion, and wisdom.  There is NO COST to attend:

Friends and Family of Suicide Victims Grief Group: 1st Tuesdays from 6-7 p.m. Please feel free to contact our office for more information or simply come as you are.
