Mark Your Calendars for Fall 2019

August 25:I’ll Stand by You…Compassion or Codependency?  Stephen D. Hendrix, LPC, CADC II and Shelley Hendrix, author and life coach, will lead this workshop using lyrics, TV shows, movies and more to help us all discern the difference between showing compassion for others and enabling them through codependent behaviors. This will be a fun, engaging and practical workshop that we can all learn from together!

September 23: Bullies: Prevention, Protection and Psychology led by Senetra Haywood and Rachael Lee and Dr. Neil Schulenburg

As parents, grands, and others who live with, love and work with kids and adolescents, we want to protect and empower our children to be safe and productive members of school and society. CFL has invited professionals from our community to lead this workshop that will equip us all with information and tools to do just that.

October 28: Leave Nothing Unsaid led by Speaker, Coach and Author, Jody Noland

After being inspired by a dying friend who wrote letters to his 3 children, Jody Noland developed a simple and effective technique to equip people to unlock their hearts towards loved ones and to create lasting written heirlooms.

She will share this technique with us as we look towards the Holiday Season together, so make sure to attend this unique workshop!

There is no cost to attend this workshop, but we recommend pre-purchasing Jody’s book for $25. They will also be available at the door for $30. Please pre-purchase through our office. Thank you!
