Dory graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Armstrong State University. She then went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Education from Troy State University, and a Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Valdosta State University. Dory has worked in education for almost 22 years, with the last 15 years being in educational leadership as an assistant principal and principal.

Dory went on to earn a Diploma and Master Diploma in Marriage and Family Counseling from Light University, in conjunction with the American Association of Christian Counseling and James Dobson. She then earned her certification as a Board Certified Master Christian Life Coach from the Board of Christian Life Coaching. She is also a certified SYMBIS facilitator for pre-marital counseling. Dory is passionate about leading marriages and families to a healthy and fulfilling life.
